He counselled us about the past and the way forward in a language that we understood. His thoroughness was elucidated in detailing the procedure, running medical examination and tests, and determining which treatment plan will be best suited for us. The medical staff at the centre, including the team of embryologists, led by Ms. Minakshi Dev Chowdhury, were extremely optimistic and ever encouraging.
